In the off-chance, if something happens to one of the parts you’ve purchased or you are not fully satisfied with our products, we will do our utmost to provide a replacement that goes above and beyond the call of duty.
- Return window is 45 days (for the orders placed after February 23, 2018). All orders placed before this data have 30- day return window. After these days we do not refund the order for any reason. Refund will be posted according to the payment method that you have used when paid for the purchase.
- Kensun doesn’t take responsibility for return costs.
- We take zero responsibility for delayed delivery on all UPS/USPS shipments, but we still process all orders immediately and due to the shipping speed you choose so that you receive the goods as soon as possible and could enjoy Kensun products. Once the package is in transit, we have no possibility to influence the shipping speed/ delivery time. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
- Kensun will replace the faulty part that is 100% confirmed through proper troubleshooting. We will definitely do our best to help you the best way possible. Kensun reserves the right to send replacement only after the malfunctioning part is delivered back to the warehouse.
- Kensun reserves the right to ship replacement parts only to addresses within the continental United States and charge for shipping.
- If you believe that an item is missing from your order, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to help you and make sure you receive all correct/missing parts. Please, provide us with pictures of the packaging you received with the order, included items and packaging slip. Any missing or damaged parts must be reported within 20 days of delivery. Beyond that, we will not be responsible for such parts or any costs to deliver them.
- Kensun will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Kensun product. HID or LED conversion kits (or their replacement parts) operating on a vehicle with damaged headlight housing or Daytime Running Lights mode or Automatic Lights will void the warranty. Kensun will not be responsible for any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact.
